We collaborate closely with our Fraud Authentications Business and key Technology Partners to ensure the successful delivery of global technology initiatives while adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

As a QA Analyst, your role will encompass the following:

  • Collaborate with the development team to conduct manual testing, create test data, and execute various testing types including exploratory, system, regression, migration, back-end, and user acceptance tests.
  • Draft clear and concise defect reports, advocating for the quality experience of our customers. Work with the development team to prioritize and address defects.
  • Conduct functional tests ensuring clarity and maintainability, utilizing reusable domain-specific testing language components.
  • Engage actively with development teams, embedding quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle by providing ongoing feedback regarding standards, user experience, and potential performance issues.
  • Participate in product design and requirements analysis, assisting in project planning to accurately estimate workload and scope release deliverables.
  • Develop and execute acceptance criteria based on requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of test cases and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Essential Skills:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong communication skills, capable of capturing and presenting status reports, test results, and ongoing reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in defining and developing test strategies, plans, cases, acceptance criteria, and scripts.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple software development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Familiarity with QA processes, agile methodologies, and testing procedures.
  • A proactive and dynamic approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in providing QA time and effort estimations based on business requirements.
  • A commitment to contributing positively to a collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and teamwork.
  • A willingness to engage in continuous learning and share knowledge with team members and peers.
