Our Customer Experience Specialists are people-oriented and engage with clients in a relatable manner. As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be on delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey by:

  • Proactively identifying customer needs and listening attentively to their requests
  • Handling daily transactions efficiently
  • Contributing to the Branch's objectives by recognizing and fulfilling straightforward sales opportunities
  • Acting as a technology advocate, sharing your expertise by introducing clients to our mobile banking tools and helping them manage their banking needs effectively
