Key Responsibilities

Role Summary: Regional Business Development Manager

Duties:

Drive consistent and scalable sales growth across all branch segments and assist in establishing accountability for performance. Customize, support, and implement sales strategies that encompass processes and organizational structure. Collaborate with branch leadership to synchronize sales growth strategies, forecasting, and organizational objectives. Support the onboarding and training of new Outside Sales personnel as needed. Work closely with sales team members to meet branch objectives. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to achieve sales targets and margin goals. Partner with the Sales/BD Director to identify and pursue new customer opportunities. Collaborate with the Sales/BD Director to transition significant regional relationships. Monitor sales volume, product variety, and pricing by staying informed on market trends and competitor activities. Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional groups. Contribute to team success by achieving related results. Strategically plan to meet branch and personal targets, in alignment with company sales policies.

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Proficient in MS Office and other personal computing applications. A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience. Proven track record in strategic selling with measurable results. Experience in multi-segment sales. Expertise in Professional Strategic Sales Processes. Experience engaging with both Corporate and Private Sector clients is advantageous. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.

Educational Background:

A degree in Business is preferred. Ongoing education in sales, management, and quality disciplines is a plus. Professional Sales Training or equivalent experience is beneficial.
