Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction to project closeout

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

• Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials

• Experience in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Familiarity with build software for project planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reliable form of transportation (up to $200/monthly allowance for gas)

• Handy skills and ability to fix minor things and have additional construction skills

• Own set of tools for general construction purposes

• Some construction knowledge and experience

• Amazing people skills and customer-facing skills

Work Arrangements:

• Part-time or full-time position

• Up to 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

• Bonus pay available
