About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Hellcat Logistics Inc. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, work orders, and other logistics-related documents.

Dispatch Personnel

You will dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that our drivers are properly assigned and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor Shipments

You will be responsible for monitoring shipments, tracking their progress, and ensuring that they are delivered on time and in good condition.

Stay Up-to-Date with Regulations

You will stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.

Work Environment

You will work closely with a team of professionals, including drivers, dispatchers, and other logistics coordinators.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate

You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

1-7 Months of Experience

You must have at least 1-7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
