About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DREAM LOGISTICS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, tracking stock movements and ensuring accurate records.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics operations, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in dispatch management software, monitoring and tracking software, and other relevant tools.
