Job Summary

Zhoudong Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and transportation network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods, pack and unpack shipments, and oversee the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Warehouse Operations: Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhere to company policies and procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Transportation Management: Schedule and coordinate transportation conveyances, determine the method of shipment, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Warehouse and commercial facility setting.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
