About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate at POORANI VILAAS. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Table Management: Manage tables effectively, ensuring that guests are seated and served in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling security.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at POORANI VILAAS, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a cold/refrigerated environment.
