We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Troton Canada Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and products.
- Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language Skills: Fluent in English
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. Free parking is available on site.
