Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company security and safety procedures
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform other physical demands of the job
Working Conditions

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
