About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Demand Planning Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for leading our Integrated Business Planning process and team of demand planners for assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand planning strategy to drive business growth and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Lead a team of demand planners to ensure timely and accurate forecasting, and provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure that demand planning processes are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
