Retail Customer Service Supervisor

Position Overview... As a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada, you will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in the retail sector. This role involves overseeing front end operations to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a rewarding shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, you will be responsible for upholding compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities...
- Ensure adherence to safe work practices and emergency protocols, including safe lifting techniques, maintaining cleanliness, and managing emergency situations.
- Address customer and associate inquiries, providing necessary support and guidance.
- Supervise all Front End associates, ensuring adequate coverage, coordinating breaks, and assisting at registers as needed.
- Conduct training for associates on systems and company protocols, including scanning accuracy, productivity, and safety measures.
- Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assisting in error correction and verifying processes to align with company guidelines.
- Ensure all EAS systems operate effectively, including monitoring cashier deactivation and managing issues appropriately.
- Prepare registers for daily operations, support cashiers with change, and maintain front end cash levels through regular audits.
- Promote all company-sponsored programs and initiatives, including credit card services and discount programs.
