Proficiency in advanced computer skills, particularly in online systems and complex software, as well as data analysis using Excel, is necessary. Graphic design skills are also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the design, development, and execution of action research and learning innovations within the ENGAGE project.
- Collaborate closely with project and research staff to facilitate research processes both domestically and internationally.
- Organize and facilitate collaborative learning environments to support knowledge generation and dissemination, including conducting literature reviews and preparing reports that reflect partner experiences.
- Work alongside colleagues and partners to advance knowledge mobilization and translation activities relevant to the Coady project's objectives, which may involve creating academic papers, best practice summaries, toolkits, resources, and presentations.
- Represent Coady at external events or meetings as required.
- Engage actively in team meetings and contribute to the development of organizational practices and policies.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, aligned with personal interests and organizational requirements.
Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in research coordination, community-engaged research, or workshop design.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently within a diverse team.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Flexibility in work hours may be required during peak periods.
- Bilingualism, experience in developing regions, and familiarity with research software (e.g., NVivo, QDA) are considered assets.
