Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability and implement cost-saving measures
  • Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, supplies, and labor
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and employee productivity
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality service standards
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
