We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, including drug information, pharmacy education, and project work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including drug information and pharmacy education
- Participate in pharmacy project work and contribute to the development of pharmacy services
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices
- Current registration with the BC College of Pharmacists
- A minimum of two years' hospital experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
