Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at SIMPLE AUTO SALES & SERVICES L. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication
  • Direct staff and provide guidance on administrative tasks
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and messages, and provide customer service
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and maintain digital databases
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and conduct performance reviews
