Senior Art Director

We're seeking an experienced and talented Senior Art Director to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, microsites, landing pages, large-scale websites, social media, print campaigns, presentations, video, animation, and more.
- Collaborate with senior members of the creative team to communicate ideas and designs.
- Partner with copywriters to create compelling and effective content.
- Present work to clients and stakeholders, showcasing your expertise and passion for innovative design.
- Provide oversight and design direction to production designers.
- Collaborate with and provide direction to illustrators, animators, and video production teams.
- Maintain consistent creative quality and become a brand expert.
- A beautiful online portfolio of digital work, with print work being a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience working at an agency or in-house creative services team.
- Expert competency with Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of After Effects being a plus.
- Basic proficiency with Figma, with the ability to improve proficiency quickly.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Experience art directing and storyboarding for video and/or animation projects.
- Illustrations skills are a plus.
- Experience designing social media ads/banners.
- Solid understanding of typography and layout.
- Solid comprehension of UX/UI principles and their applications across the web, apps, email, and beyond.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Ability to work through multiple iterations and to work quickly.
- Ability to accept and receive constructive design feedback from senior members of the creative team.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to work within brand style guides to produce work that is both original and on-brand.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and listening abilities.
- Fluent in English, with an advanced level of proficiency.
- Humble attitude, with no egos.
