About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to lead our creative team in producing innovative and impactful visual designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concepting big ideas, designing for both digital and print, and presenting work to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, microsites, landing pages, large-scale websites, social media, print campaigns, presentations, video, animation, and more
  • Collaborate with senior members of the creative team to communicate ideas and designs
  • Partner with copywriters to create compelling content
  • Present work to clients and wow them with presentation skills
  • Provide oversight and design direction to production designers
  • Collaborate with and provide direction to illustrators, animators, and video production teams
  • Maintain consistent creative quality and become a brand expert
Requirements
  • A beautiful online portfolio of digital work, with print work being a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience working at an agency or in-house creative services team
  • Expert competency with Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of After Effects being a plus
  • Basic proficiency with Figma, with the ability to improve proficiency quickly
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Experience art directing and storyboarding for video and/or animation projects
  • Illustrations skills are a plus
  • Experience designing social media ads/banners
  • Solid understanding of typography and layout
  • Solid comprehension of UX/UI principles and their applications across the web, apps, email, and beyond
  • Rigorous attention to detail
  • Ability to work through multiple iterations and to work quickly
  • Ability to accept and receive constructive design feedback from senior members of the creative team
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to work within brand style guides to produce work that is both original and on-brand
What We Offer
