Position Overview

The Village Inn-Elora is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure efficient office management.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures.
  • Organize and oversee daily office functions.
  • Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of reports.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties as required.
Security and Safety
  • Must be bondable.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
