We're seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computing systems and providing top-notch support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support for our technology systems via phone, chat, email, and desk-side assistance
  • Think critically to anticipate potential issues and identify solutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex system issues
  • Safeguard the security of our information systems and networks
  • Participate in IT customer projects, including office moves, infrastructure deployments, and cloud services
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in a Service Desk role, providing support in Microsoft environments (Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Certification in A+, Help Desk Professional, or ITIL foundations preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow and proficiency in remote desktop management and support tools
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
