  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared to our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, setting a positive tone for our team.
  • Manage Schedules and Records: Establish work schedules and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
