About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ONIKON Creative Alberta Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, examining and verifying the accuracy of work, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to maintain high-quality standards
  • Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Client focus and team player
