Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Kiya Global Products Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
- 3-4 people supervision experience.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Adaptability, analytical, collaborative, efficiency, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, positive attitude, time management, and team player skills.
- Permanent position.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language.
