Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and ensure accuracy
  • Manage the delivery of food trolleys to designated areas
  • Create and maintain work schedules for staff
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work will be English.
