About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at KIJOSA INVESTMENT CORP. as a Food Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing dishes.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support personnel, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness, safety, and quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
