- Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue, ensuring that the department is operating within budget and that revenue is maximized.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
