Diversity & Inclusion Program ManagerThis role leads the development and execution of comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs across Equinix. You will design and deliver innovative employee experiences that advance our DE&I strategy. This includes creating and delivering impactful DE&I initiatives (e.g., Days of Understanding) that align with Equinix's overall business objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Director, DE&I, you will work closely with various HR functions, including Wellbeing, Employee Engagement, and DE&I Metrics & Project Management, to integrate DE&I into all talent processes.
Responsibilities- Program Design: Develops the enterprise-wide DE&I framework and offerings (DE&I Products & Catalogue). Collaborates with HR Business Partners, executives, and other talent management resources to design impactful programs that are implemented across all levels of the organization. Ensures alignment between the framework, offerings, and broader DE&I and Talent Management strategies. Defines success measures for programs and reports outcomes through a DE&I scorecard and quarterly business reviews. Continuously evaluates programs and frameworks for opportunities to enhance impact, simplify processes, and align with Equinix's values.
- Project Management: Manages all aspects of the global DE&I curriculum, from design to pilot to production, including budget and vendor management. Develops and executes change management efforts in partnership with HR Business Partners, executives, and business leaders as needed. Cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders in external strategic DE&I partnerships to maximize mutual value.
- Facilitation: Facilitates DE&I offerings, off-sites, and custom engagements. May also provide guidance and support to other facilitators.
