About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Water and Wastewater team in Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction of large-scale Water and Wastewater projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management mandates of varying size and scope, involving multiple stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater industry.
  • Manage the design and construction of large Water and Wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees to grow our Water and Wastewater service business.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading project management mandates in the Water and Wastewater industry.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale Water and Wastewater projects.
  • Experience in closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Eng. and/or PMP designations are required.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • A broad written and verbal communication skill set, including strong presentation, stakeholder facilitation, and report writing skills.
