Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Operations Leader to oversee the Gas Bar/C-Store and Carwash operations at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store, ensuring adherence to brand and merchandising standards, and managing expenses according to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and maintenance.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; 6-9 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and high housekeeping standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to deal with people tactfully and professionally.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs.
  • Must be bondable.
