Join Supertemp as a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing employee remuneration and benefits programs.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years in Human Resources Development or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
This position is based in a general office setting, providing a collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed earnings statements for employees, outlining gross and net pay along with deductions such as taxes and insurance contributions.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Execute clerical tasks, including the organization of filing systems.
- Compile and balance end-of-period reports, reconciling payroll with bank statements.
- Administer documentation for various employee benefits, including pension plans and medical insurance.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and benefits information.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and overtime to determine pay and benefit eligibility using both manual and digital systems.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision.
- Proficient in SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
A criminal record check is required for this position.
