Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years in Human Resources Development or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

This position is based in a general office setting, providing a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed earnings statements for employees, outlining gross and net pay along with deductions such as taxes and insurance contributions.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Execute clerical tasks, including the organization of filing systems.
  • Compile and balance end-of-period reports, reconciling payroll with bank statements.
  • Administer documentation for various employee benefits, including pension plans and medical insurance.
  • Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries and benefits information.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and overtime to determine pay and benefit eligibility using both manual and digital systems.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with precision.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
Safety and Security
