About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's thriving team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and process purchase and sale contracts
* Input and update contract details
* Generate standard forms, reports, letters, and documents
* Prepare accounting forms related to deposits, investments, and fund disbursements
* Review, revise, and arrange for execution and return of closing documents
* Prepare mortgage payout letters and documents to release financial charges from the Land Title Office and Personal Property Registry
* Conduct title searches and gather relevant documents (e.g., tax, company, and other legal searches) to validate information
* Prepare documents for the Land Title Office

The Offer

Our client offers a competitive remuneration package ranging between $80,000 - $110,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You Bring

* 4+ years of experience working in Residential Real Estate
* Paralegal certificate
* Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, BC Online, and Adobe
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
