Senior Real Estate Paralegal Opportunity

Arlyn Recruiting is partnering with a well-established law firm in Vancouver to find a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join their real estate division. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Conducting and reviewing due diligence searches, including Land Title and BC Online searches, to identify potential issues and risks.
  • Drafting various legal documents related to real estate sales, purchases, refinancing, and commercial mortgages, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handling registrations and other security filings, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Organizing client files and reviewing outstanding matters, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Liaising with all internal and external parties involved in the transaction, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performing other duties as required, contributing to the success of the real estate division.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Proven mentorship and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
