Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at ONE WEST AUTO LTD.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, operate the telephone system, and order office supplies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record and relay information, schedule appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, Word processing software, and database software.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, ability to work independently, and multitask.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a call centre or similar environment.
  • Language: English.
