We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Service Contractor to join our team at SRAN CONCRETE LANDSCAPING. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of our landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of landscape professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Develop detailed plans and estimates for landscape construction projects, taking into account labour costs, material requirements, and timelines.
  • Plan, Manage, and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate records of project progress, labour hours, and material usage.
  • Tender and Administer Contracts: Develop and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Source and procure the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for landscape construction projects.
  • Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice, and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
