Job Title: Landscape Service Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Service Contractor to join our team at SRAN CONCRETE LANDSCAPING. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of landscape professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Develop detailed plans and estimates for landscape projects, taking into account labour costs, material requirements, and timelines.
  • Plan, Manage, and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate records of work completed, including hours worked, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Tender and Administer Contracts: Develop and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all parties are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Source and procure the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support landscape projects.
  • Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice, and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during landscape projects, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.

Experience:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year: Proven experience in a landscape or related field, with a strong understanding of industry practices and procedures.
