Job Title: Landscape Service Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Service Contractor to join our team at SRAN CONCRETE LANDSCAPING. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and supervision of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for each project.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Tender and administer contracts with clients.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
