Position Overview

The Social Services Facilitator plays a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of individuals and families within the community. This permanent position is focused on delivering essential support and services to children and their families, ensuring a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week

  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a related field
Work Environment

Core Duties
  • Compile and maintain detailed reports or case histories
  • Evaluate clients' skills and identify areas for development
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed
  • Track program statistics for evaluation and research purposes

  • Organize and manage community events
Supervision

This role does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate required

Experience Required

Prior experience in community service organizations is essential.

Transportation Requirements
