We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Director to join our team at ROME GROUP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing our community programs, staff, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community programs that align with our organization's mission and values.
  • Train and lead staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services.
  • Maintain working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with funding sources, community organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze program quality, using results to improve services and programming.
  • Review and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
  • Manage an active caseload, ensuring personal fiscal performance and setting a positive example for staff.
  • Work with staff to ensure timely submission of reports and billing.
  • Participate in discussions and development of best practices with other Area Center Directors.
