We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Zim Recycling. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve sales performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Work Setting: Urban area with access to public transportation.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other sales software.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, and ability to multitask.
- Parking: Parking available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
