Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team. As a Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will use your clinical skills to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Current CPR certification
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
