Health, Safety and Environment Lead

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing health, safety, and environment programs for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute health, safety, and environment programs to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Provide guidance and advice to account and client team members on health, safety, and environment matters.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure team members are provided with adequate tools and resources to ensure the safe execution of work.
- Conduct field inspections, job observations, and health, safety, and environment audits to monitor compliance and identify risks.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative measures.
- College degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
- 3-5 years of health, safety, and environment program execution work experience.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environment regulatory requirements and management systems.
- Strong program development and execution abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
