Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at BGIS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, clients, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate environmental and health program processes and activities to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, providing root-cause analysis and recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain environmental, health, and safety data, including incident data and regulatory compliance records.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on environmental, health, and safety matters.
  • Support construction activity teams by creating and maintaining documentation, including work instructions and training materials.
Requirements
  • Strong background in environmental management system development and administration.
  • Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
  • 1-3 years of environmental, health, and safety work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
