We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events, including conferences, meetings, and other business gatherings.

The Event Planning Assistant will work closely with our Event Manager to ensure that all events are successful and meet the company's objectives. This includes coordinating logistics, managing event timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating event details, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Managing event timelines and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including event attendees, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assisting with event marketing and promotion efforts
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive event experience for attendees

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Previous experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English and French
