Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
