We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Moving2Canada. As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in the pursuit phase of major projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver RFP/RFQ responses for large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of design build proposals for P3 and other design build projects, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Provide management of the design team, coordinating all disciplines to deliver compliant and aggressive design solutions.
  • Analyze project requirements and develop a winning strategy, focusing on delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop submissions and presentations for RFP period collaborative meeting processes, reviewing and assessing all RFP documentation and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team, mechanical and electrical design managers, project estimators, capital development director, marketing team, legal team, and facility management team to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • A construction-related degree or diploma and 8-10 years of Design Build Management experience within civil infrastructure projects.
  • A working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, design development, municipal approvals, scheduling, project management, and contract software.
  • The ability to mentor a team and develop strong client relationships.
