Retail Sales Manager

At Joeonto Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives, including determining merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies, and locating and procuring merchandise for resale.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, including planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
