Retail Sales Manager

At Joeonto Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Strategies: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and develop marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Operations: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and ensure efficient daily operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales environments and customer needs.
- Collaborative: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Efficiency: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong goal-orientation and ability to drive sales growth.
