Restaurant Operations Manager

ZAIKA TASTES OF INDIA is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all staff members are working together to achieve our goals.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Catering and Events: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring that all events are well-planned and executed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
