Patient Care Manager

Halton Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Manager to join our team. As a Patient Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Maternal Newborn Unit and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the Maternal Newborn Unit
- Ensure that patients receive high-quality care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Masters prepared or evidence of substantial completion preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Manager in a similar hospital environment
- Maternal Child clinical experience preferred
- A competitive salary range of $56.369 - 70.462 per hour
