**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator, Latin America to join our team at Moroccanoil. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing plans in the Professional channel of distribution in Latin America, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and distributors to develop and execute go-to-market plans, leveraging your expertise in the beauty industry.
  • Manage and distribute marketing calendars, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of timeline changes and market needs.
  • Develop and execute global specific program launch plans for Latin America, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Initiate creative assets in support of new launches, promotions, and seasonal projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Track product performance in each market, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee and maximize the use of marketing budget per market, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing job requests, including salon customization, distributor e-commerce assets, and marketing materials in Spanish.
  • Review and proofread Spanish translations to maintain consistency across all channels of communication.
  • Research and track competitors, identifying brand-relevant recommendations and opportunities in the region.
  • Support the preparation of agendas, presentations, and materials for upcoming meetings, both internal and external.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with a strong understanding of the beauty industry.
  • Experience in marketing in the beauty industry (haircare, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics) or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Characteristics:

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative.
  • Team player with a passion for the beauty industry.
  • Willingness to work in an office environment at least 4 times per week.

This is a temporary assignment to cover for approximately 12 months. As a Marketing Coordinator, Latin America, you will play a key role in driving the success of our global marketing efforts in the region.
